The Supervisory Board Statement for 2010

 

Information acknowledged by the Board on the basis of Members of the Supervisory Board statement on the liaisons of the member with a shareholder possessing the shares representing at least 5% of the general number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting.
(in accordance with item 2 part III and 1.11 of the part II of Good Practices of the Companies Quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW)

1.    Jerzy Mazgaj – Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Jerzy Mazgaj is the major shareholder and the Chairperson of ALMA MARKET S.A. Board, with the seat in Kraków, which is the shareholder of KRAKCHEMIA S.A.
 

2. Barbara Mazgaj – Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
Barbara Mazgaj is Jerzy Mazgaj `s wife, who is the major shareholder and the Chairman of ALMA MARKET S.A Board, with the seat in Krakowie, the latter being the shareholder of KRAKCHEMIA S.A.

3. Ilona Malik – Secretary of the Supervisory Board
Ilona Malik – is  not in any liaison determined in the above mentioned regulation of Good Practices of Companies Quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. GPW.
 

4. Elżbieta Wyrobiec – Member of the Supervisory Board
Elżbieta Wyrobiec - is  not in any liaison determined in the above mentioned regulation of Good Practices of Companies Quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. GPW.

5. Mariusz Wojdon – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mariusz Wojdon is a member of ALMA MARKET S.A. Board, with the seat in Kraków, the latter being the shareholder of KRAKCHEMIA S.A.
