Concluding a trade agreement with Dospelplastics

On the 28th of May, 2009, KRAKCHEMIA SA concluded a contract with Dospelplastics on a trade co-operation encompassing the sale of plastics processing machines. Within the contract, Krakchemia received the right of proxy in the sale of Dospelplastics assortment on the territory of Poland. The offer encompasses the Haitian injectors as well as the peripheral Shini devices. 13th International Plastic Raw Materials Fair Trades – PLASTPOL 2009-07-07

In the days, 26-29th of May 2009, KRAKCHEMIA SA participated again in the PLASTPOL Fair Trades in Kielce. For several years now, PLASTPOL International Fair Trades top the Polish Fair Trade Corporation ranking of the events amassing the highest number of foreign participating companies. This year, the fair trades collected nearly 670 companies from 30 countries, and it was visited by 16 000 people. KRAKCHEMIA stand cherished high interest not only among our long-term customers, but also among the new investors, both Polish and foreign. We had the pleasure to present you a wide range of plastic raw materials, chalk fillers as well as machines and peripheral devices for processing. It was a pleasure to host you at such a renown international fairs and we are convinced that our common conversations will bring us closer to a fruitful co-operation.

Krakchemia S.A is a company with a half-century tradition of trading in chemicals. It is tightly connected with its mother-company Alma S.A, quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a separate economic entity active in wholesale, Krakchemia S.A has existed on the market since 2000. The KRAKCHEMIA S.A. shareholders` equity is as high as 10 m zl, and the revenues of the capital group in 2007 was as high as 279 m zlotych.

Krakchemia belongs to the major plastics granulate distributors on the territory of Poland in terms of sale volume. On the basis of a three-party agreement concerning the sale and distribution, signed with Basell Polyolefins Company N.V/SA, the leader world producer of polyolefins and Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o (Limited), the leader on the Polish poliethylene production and sale market, Krakchemia S.A. has become one of the three authorised Polish distributors for the above-mentioned companies. It bridges those companies and the small and medium-size companies dealing in processing the polyolefins.

Krakchemia S.A is active on the whole territory of Poland. The domestic distribution market subdivided into three regions : Southern, Central and Norhtern. On the territory of Kraków, in the headquarters of the company, there is the central warehousing basis of 6 300 square meters` area. There is another 1 200 square meters of warehousing area outside Kraków. The logistics center is located in Płock. There are new consulting centres coming into being all over the country. Apart from this, we develop our patron distribution network.
